FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: roofing material includes bitumen, polymeric compound, plasticizer, fillers and special additions. Chlorosulphonated polyethylene, wastes of synthetic caoutchouc production and latex of 500 - 4000 hardness after Defo are used as polymeric compounds. Antioxidant, octophore, sulphur and vulcanization accelerant as specific additions with the following relation of components (per cent by weight): 9.0 - 15.0 bitumen, 1.5 - 5.0 chlorosulphonated polyethylene, 35.0 - 47.0 wastes of synthetic caoutchouc production and latex, 4.0 - 6.0 hydrogen-carbon oil, 24.0 - 33.0 mineral filler, 5.0 - 10.0 fibrous filler, 0.1 - 2.0 antioxidant, 1.5 - 4.0 octophore, 0.9 - 1.2 sulphur, 0.5 - 0.7 vulcanization accelerant. EFFECT: increased strength, weatherproofness and decreased water absorption. |
