<p>PURPOSE: To shorten the call processing time and to efficiently cope with the call processing by load distribution even in the case of the occurrence of a fault, an additional service request, or the like. CONSTITUTION: An NMS(metasignaling managing system) 101 manages the call processing load state based on report information of a signaling channel 502 from an SCS (call control system) 201 and receives a call processing signal line setting request from a terminal 401 through a metasignaling channel 601, an MMG 301, and a signaling channel 501. Then, the SVC value of the call processing signal line between the SCS 201 to which the terminal 401 belongs and the terminal 401 is determined in consideration of the call processing load state and is reported to the NMG 301 and the SCS 201. The MMG 301 sets the call processing signal line, which is determined by the NMS 101, between the terminal 401 and the SCS 201, and the SCS 201 uses the SVC value reported from the NMS 101 to perform the call processing of the terminal 401.</p> |
