<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a signal with a desired frequency from being obtained owing to the occurrence of abnormal oscillation of the inverter of an output section at application of power by adding a bias control circuit to the oscillation circuit. CONSTITUTION: The oscillation circuit is made up of an oscillation section 10 employing an electromechanical vibrator P to oscillate a signal with a reference frequency and an output section 20 where inverters INV1 -INVn are connected in cascade and which receives an oscillated output signal Vosc , amplifying noninvertingly the signal under the power supply voltage Vcc with a bias whose voltage is Vcc/2 being a middle voltage between the power supply voltage Vcc and zero voltage Ov, saturating the amplified voltage and shaping the signal to be a rectangular wave. The oscillation circuit is provided with a bias control circuit 1 to deviate a bias voltage Vx from the usual bias voltage Vcc/2 being an input to the output section 20 for a prescribed time till the oscillation being the output of the oscillation section 20 is normally made stable after application of power to the oscillation circuit. Thus, even in the case of occurrence of abnormal oscillation, the normal oscillation being the output of the oscillation section 10 suppresses the abnormal oscillation.</p> |
