METHOD OF PREPARATORY WORKINGS MAINTAINING

摘要

FIELD: mining, repeatedly used areas extraction workings in process of no complete preparation and development of coal stratums. SUBSTANCE: aim is to keep operational quality of supports in zones of extraction of minerals due to transformation of preliminary asymmetric contour of frame into symmetrical one with preservation of margin of yielding of tops main joins with supports till final closure of working. For the purpose each frame of arch support is erected with shift of its vertical axis in direction of masses at angle α equal to 5 6 deg by mounting on side of first adjacent face of additional leg together with frame support providing high yielding between support and leg during first face approach. As working conjugates with first face, the support together with additional leg is dismantled. In the case under action of oblique directed from first face side and side directed from mass of loadings incomplete frame is turning in respect to base of support from mass to vertical axis. After face passing dismantled support is restored without additional leg with provision of symmetrical form of frame in respect to its vertical axis due to possibility to mount joints of yielding at similar level from ground of working. In the case due to transformation of asymmetric form of frame in symmetric one given parameters and supports quality are preserved for following operation period. EFFECT: operational qualities of supports in zones of extraction works action are preserved. 2 dwg
