Cutting and lifting device for oven-baked prods. such as pizzas comprises a blade (1) with a curved cutting edge (2) like that of a chopper, and a handle (7) attached to the upper part of the rear end of the blade, at a certain distance from the cutting edge. The back edge of the blade forms an angle of approximately 90 deg with the cutting edge, and both blade and handle can be made form plastic.
