PURPOSE: To make an apparatus compact and light-weight and reduce costs by setting a control part which relatively moves a detection head pant in a moving pattern set to a printed board. CONSTITUTION: A servo motor 23 is operated by a motor control part 51, so that a printed board P loaded on a table 13 is transferred at a predetermined set velocity in an X direction. A part H is mounted at a front surface Pf of the board P, and a soldering part J is present at a rear surface Pr of the board. Meanwhile, a servo motor 35 is also operated by the control part 51, whereby detection head parts 3a, 3b are moved in a Y direction following a moving pattern set in the control part 51. Consequently, each detection head 3a, 3b relatively moves in the X and Y directions to the board P and at the same time, the detection head passes a predetermined inspection position on the front surface Pf and rear surface Pr of the board P in accordance with the moving pattern. When the detection head passes each inspection position, the roughness or light-and-dark degree of the board, etc., is detected by an optical sensor. The result is fed to an inspection functional part 8. |
