<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently cool plural kinds of works different in diameters and arranging distances by jetting cooling liquid supplied through an equalizing plate from nozzle holes opened in a jet direction variable member. CONSTITUTION: The bar-like jet direction variable members 100A, 100B opening many nozzle holes 110A, 110B are rotatably interposed in a jacket body part 200 consisting of a center member 220 in which the nozzle holes are opened and an upper/lower members 210, 230 and fixed with bolt 310 of a fixed means 300. At the rear part, a cover body 400 having an introducing hole 410 is fitted and in the inner part, the equalizing plate 500 is fitted parallel to the jacket body part 200 through leg parts 520. In this equalizing plate 500, many round holes 510 are uniformly opened zigzag near the whole surface. In the jacket for jetting the cooling liquid, angles of the nozzle holes 110A, 110B are adjusted in accordance with the diameter of the work to be cooled and the arranging distance from the work W, thereafter the cooling liquid L is jetted to cool the work.</p> |
