A novel hydraulic binder consists of a dry mixt. of (by wt.) 78-85% foundry slag, 8-12% quicklime, 2-6% gypsum and 3-7% cement, pref. Portland cement. Also claimed is a construction material for building or public works, formed by combining the above hydraulic binder with aggregates. |
