FIELD: vitamins. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds 1,25-dihydroxy-16-en-24-oxocholecalciferol and 1,24,25-trihydroxy-16-en-cholecalciferol that stimulate differentiation of cells HL-60. Compounds were synthesized by perfusion of 1,25-dihydroxy-16-en-cholecalciferol in rat kidney, perfusate extraction and extraction of 1,25-dihydroxy-16-en-24-oxocholecalciferol and 1,24,25-trihydroxy-16-en-cholecalciferol. These compounds can be used for treatment oncogenic diseases (leukemia), they decrease human keratinocyte proliferation and therefore they can be used for treatment of hyperproliferative skin diseases, for example, psoriasis.
