摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a driving power source for piezoelectric drive type carrying device which can follow up the resonance frequency of a piezoelectric drive type carrying device even when the frequency varies due to the variation of the weight of the carried body including carried components and the variation of the ambient temperature of the carrying device and can automatically feed the feeding frequency and feeding voltage matching the resonance frequency. CONSTITUTION: A driving power source for piezoelectric drive type carrying device is composed of a waveform shaping circuit 1, phase detecting section 2, charge pump 3, voltage-controlled oscillator 4, output amplifying section 6, output transformer 7, preamplifier 8, automatic gain controlling section 9, and power source section 10. The first effect of this power source is that the power source can automatically follow up the resonance frequency of a piezoelectric drive type carrying device. Because of this effect, the power source can always drive the carrying device at the resonance frequency without adjusting the frequency manually. The second effect is that the power consumption of the power source has been reduced considerably and the voltage applied across an exciting body has been lowered due to the first effect.
