<p>The circuit (150) includes a reference circuit (102) which responds to a first voltage by producing a second voltage. An oscillator (108) responds to the second voltage generating a first output signal of smaller magnitude than the first voltage. The first output signal includes complementary signals. A level translator (114) responds to the first output signal by producing a second output signal with magnitude greater than the first output signal magnitude. The first voltage is approximately equal to the magnitude of the second output signal. The magnitude of the first output signal is equal to the magnitude of the difference between the first and second voltages. The magnitude of the second output signal is equal to the magnitude of the difference between the second voltage and the reference voltage.</p> |
