The detergent is composed of 0.5-10 wt% a mixture of anion-surfactant having 12-18 carbons and nonion-surfactant having 12-18 carbaons, 0.1-3 wt% neutralizer, 5-30 wt% organic solvent such as diethyleneglycol alkyleter, 0.1-5 wt% pH regulator such as monoethyleneamine, diethanolamine or triethanolamine and 0.1-5 wt% auxiliary agent containing anti-freezing agent like ethyleneglycol or propyleneglycol and chelate agent like EDTA-2Na or EDTA-4Na.
