摘要 PURPOSE: To prevent the dislodgment of a vital prosthetic member from a prosthetic section by forming many holes communicating with each other while making displacement approximately at every specified depth in the porous part bodies constituting the surface layer of the vital prosthetic member, thereby allowing the dense generation and entrance of the bone and securely its bonding to the bone. CONSTITUTION: A tape having a thickness of, for example, 0.3mm is formed by a doctor blade method by using slips of ceramics. This tape is punched with holes. The tapes T are laminated alternately up to, for example, eight layers in such a manner that the holes H communicate with each other, by which the porous body is formed. This porous body is adhered to a plate material cut out of a rubber press molding of the same material as the material of the tapes and is subjected to baking in an oxidizing atmosphere after drying, by which the vital prosthetic member P having a two-layered structural body of the surface layer consisting of the porous part 1 and the base material consisting of the dense parts is obtd. The many holes are specified to be communicated with the other holes at every specified depth of 100 to 1000μm. The surface layer is formed of a calcium phosphate material.
