PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose clamp with a suitable tolerance compensation and a sufficient clamping actuation. SOLUTION: A clamp structure with a clamping band 11 which can used for, for example, fixing a hose to a nipple comprises a clamping means 16 for fascinating the clamp structure around an article to be fastened, and a tolerance compensating means 30 in a form of at least one undulation. The tolerance compensating means 30 is separated from the clamping means 16 producing clamping force, and disposed so as not to affect a holding ability of the clamping means 16 but to improve a return spring action of the clamp structure in combination with the clamping means 16. |
