PURPOSE: To obtain a ground voltage amplification stabilizer capable of activating the ground and principally accelerating growth of plants by amplifying and the stabilizing voltage of the ground. CONSTITUTION: A main body part 1 of this stabilizer is made of a material having electroconductivity and electric resistance larger than the ground and is formed in an almost corn shape, and a carbon part material 2 having higher electric resistance than the main body 1 is buried in the axis center part in an upper end side of the main body part 1, and an electrically chargeable part material 3 is buried in a bottom end part of the carbon part material 2 in an axis center part of the main body part 1, on the other hand, a quartz crystal 4 is set on a top end part of the carbon part material 2 at the top end part of the main body part 1. |
