<p>PURPOSE: To improve paper feeding performance by preventing a difference from being made in the paper feeding start timing of a paper feeding roller even if flapping and a curl or the like are caused in a sheet material loaded on a sheet material loading stand. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid 18 is turned on, and when claws 7a and 7b of a flapper are removed from a claw part 6a of a control ring 6 of a spring clutch A and a claw part 9a of a one rotation control ring 9, a paper feeding shaft 1 rotates in the arrow (a) direction, and a contacting-separating one rotation cam 10 similarly rotates in the arrow (a) direction on the paper feeding shaft 1. The paper feeding shaft 1 starts rotation, and when prescribed time passes, a paper feeding roller 2 starts rotation in the arrow (a) direction since rotation of the paper feeding shaft 1 is transmitted from a mechanical timer 22 fixed on the paper feeding shaft 1.</p> |
