Rotary vane valve for hot gas pipelines with lattice support

Hot gas pipelines contain a control and shut-off valve, pref. rotary vane valve, comprising a support section (1), in the form of a lattice through which gas flows in the valve open position, a vane section (2) fastened to the support, and at least one shaft member (3) on which the assembly is mounted. The lattice is formed pref. of a number of long round bars (4a) parallel to the swivel axis, two adjacent bars being joined by a zigzag-shaped round bar (4b). Vanes are formed by a flat metal plate.
