PURPOSE: To improve operability in the management of parts and installation work of an outdoor unit. CONSTITUTION: An installation base is made up of a pair of mounting rods attached to the ceiling and a pair of hanging rods 22 to be mounted on the mounting rods. The handing rod 22 is constituted of a carrier member 24 for installing an outdoor unit and a pair of arm members 26 and 28 to be linked thereto free to turn. The members 24, 26 and 28 are formed in a U-shaped cross section respectively and the width dimension of the carrier member 24 is formed narrower than an interval of the internal walls of bent parts 26a and 26b of one arm 26. Moreover, the width dimension of the other air member 28 is formed narrower than the interval of the internal walls of bent parts 24a and 24b of the carrier member 24. Then, the carrier member 24 is fitted between the bent parts 26a and 26b of the one arm member, 26 and the other arm member 28 between the bent members 24a and 24b of the carrier member 24 respectively so that the hanging rods 22 can be folded compact. |
