PURPOSE: To realize a message transfer method and a message transfer system in which the entire increase in delay times in the message transfer is avoided and the reduction in the efficiency by data transfer processing of each node is avoided. CONSTITUTION: The system has plural nodes each including a service capability information storage means 420 and a communication means 430 making up of a bid message generating means 431 to select a node having a highest service capability, a transfer message generating means 432 referencing a bid message to generate a transfer message and a transfer communication means 433 that sends/receives a bid message and a transfer message with a logic ring, updates a bid message and transfers the transfer message to an application program.
