PURPOSE: To shorten piping connected to the delivery side of a hot and cold water feed pump used for air-conditioning of a building, and allow the piping to be easily laid. CONSTITUTION: In order to enable a single deformed rubber piping fitting 10 to function representing both of a metallic deformed pipe and a rubber piping joint of the same diameter connected thereto, an even number of sector form sheets of rubber covered fabric cord 2 are kept crossing each other in opposite directions and pasted to the surface of the inner rubber layer 3 of the fitting as an unvulcanized rubber covered fabric cords. In this case, width for pasting the cord 2 is gradually reduced in such a state as identical to the length of a large diameter periphery at a large diameter section and identical to the length of a small periphery at a small diameter section. Thereafter, the sheets are vulcanized. In addition, the reinforcing angle of the fabric cord 2 is identical at all sections for the axial line of the fitting. |
