FIELD: mechanical engineering; manufacture of pumps and compressors; vacuum engineering; petroleum, gas and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: pump has housing with inner cylindrical bore, inlet and outlet passages, separating plate, end plates, shaft fitted in bearings, sealing device and rotor fitted eccentrically on shaft. Mounted between eccentric shaft and rotor are additional bearings. Sealing device is made in form of flexible envelope whose one end is rigidly secured on rotor and other end is secured on end plate forming hermetic chamber, thus excluding escape of medium being handled into surrounding medium. EFFECT: enhanced anticorrosion resistance, reduction of wear of friction parts working in medium being handled and enhanced reliability of pump. |
