SURFACE-CRYSTALLIZED HIGH-STRENGTH GLASS, ITS PRODUCTION AND USE THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a surface-crystallized glass having high strength and visible light transmittance. CONSTITUTION: This surface-crystallized high-strength glass has a thin crystal layer on the surface and is composed of 60-75wt.% of SiO2 , 3-8wt.% of Li2 O, 15-22wt.% of Al2 O3 , 2-8wt.% of ZnO, 0-7wt.% of ZrO2 , 0-1.5wt.% of MgO, 0-2wt.% of CaO and 0-10wt.% of Na2 O+K2 O.
