PURPOSE: To provide a rubbing cloth mounting device suitable for uniform mounting of rubbing cloth without wrinkling this cloth. CONSTITUTION: This rubbing cloth mounting device has holding means 31, 32 for holding the rubbing cloth 10 and a tension means 33 for applying tension on the rubbing cloth 10. The device is mounted with a rubbing roller 20 and has moving means 40, 43, 44, 45 for moving the rubbing roller 20 in order to bring this rubbing roller 20 into contact with the rubbing cloth 10 held in holding means 31, 32. Further, the device consists of a rotating means for rotating the rubbing roller 20 in order to wind the rubbing cloth 10 on the rubbing roller 20. |
