PURPOSE: To provide a spray gun washer constituted so that a coating material stuck on the surface of a head of the spray gun may be efficiently washed. CONSTITUTION: In a spray gun washer 10, a washing chamber 11a is formed in a cylindrical casing 11, and three washing nozzles 12-14 and three air nozzles 15-17 are alternately arranged on the inner wall of the washing chamber 11a. The washing nozzle 12 consists of a nozzle part 12a for jetting washing liquid such as thinner and a pipe part for supporting the nozzle part 12a and also feeding the washing liquid to the nozzle part 12a. The nozzle part 12a is formed into a hemisphere at its tip, and at the tip, a jetting hole made in a cross is opened. Further, into each slit of the jetting hole, a sectorial regulating plate for regulating a jet angle at which washing liquid is jetted is force-fitted, and the diffused quantity of the washing liquid in every direction is determined by an inclined part of the regulating plate. |
