PURPOSE: To carry out the vertical shift in the height adjustment smoothly and quietly, by installing a pair of hook parts for allowing the shift in the vertical direction by being positioned inside an engagement projection in the approach of a pair of arm parts, and installing a spring member which is shifted in the vertical direction, together with a slide member. CONSTITUTION: In the state before the vertical adjustment, a pair of arm parts 70 of a spring member 16 are separated in the vehicle longitudinal direction by the spring force of itself, and a hook part 72 installed at the top end of the arm part 70 is engaged with the engagement projection 34 of a rail member 12. Each downward shift of the spring member 16 and a slide member 18 is suppressed, and a shoulder belt is supported at the supporting height corresponding to the height position of the slide member 18. When the supporting height of the shoulder belt is adjusted downward, the upper end part of the slide member 18 is pushing-in-operated so as to intrude inside the rail member 12 by tilting the anchor member 22 or the direct pressing from over a resin cover 26, and the attitude of the slide member 18 is changed. |
