SUBSTRATE STRUCTURE OF OPTICAL MODULE

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a substrate structure of optical module strong to stresses in a twist direction. CONSTITUTION: This substrate structure of optical module has a main body part 46a for mounting electronic parts, a head part 46b for mounting an optical operating element and a neck part 46c which is drawn out from this main body part and electrically joins the main body part and a head part. The head part is formed in a position having a prescribed angle with a reference line (dotted line) based on one side of the main body part 46a passing the position where the neck part and the main body part are connected.
