METHOD OF PRODUCING PAPERS

The on-machine embossing paper manufacturing processing is composed of the 3rd drying part(C) between the 1st drying part(A) and the 2nd(B); surface coating part(3) between the 1st(A) and 3rd drying part(C); and surface coating part(3') and marking part(2) between the 2nd(B) and 3rd(C). The paper manufacturing method comprises : passing the wet pulp(1) with 50-55% water content through the 1st drying part(A) to reduce the water content; coating the viscous liquid on the both sides of paper at the surface coating part(3); passing through the 3rd(C); marking the pattern at the marking part(2) and the passing the 2nd drying part(B).
