PURPOSE: To obtain an ultrasonic actuator having simple structure which can be manufactured at low cost while facilitating reduction of size by a structure wherein a part of the frame body constitutes a supporting/energizing mechanism. CONSTITUTION: Frames 304, 305 produced by punching spring steel plate material and bending have U-shaped parts 304a, 305a and holes 304b, 305b. The U-shaped parts and the holes constitute a supporting/urging mechanism and the frames 304, 305 are secured by means of screws while spaced apart by a predetermined distance from each other through spacers 306, 307. The bodies of two ultrasonic actuators are supported or positioned by means of the holes 304b, 305b of the frames 304, 304 and urged toward a rotor 301 through the repellency at the U-shaped parts 304a, 305a. Consequently, the rotor 301 is applied with pressing force and driving force from the bodies of ultrasonic oscillators facing each other. This structure realizes a small-sized inexpensive ultrasonic actuator having simple structure requiring no independent component for supporting/ energizing mechanism. |
