<p>PURPOSE: To facilitate the monitor of pollution of water for capturing dust and the volume of this water for capturing dust and makeup water for making up the water described above by automatically making up the water for capturing dust and preventing the propagation of general bacteria in the water for capturing dust at the time of charging the dust in sucked air, then bringing the dust into contact with the water for capturing dust of the polarity reverse from the polarity of this charge, thereby capturing the dust. CONSTITUTION: The air introduced from an air suction port 2 by a suction fan 8 flows through an air permeation part 3 and comes into contact with the water 7 for capturing dust of a water storage tank 6 and thereafter, the air is discharged from slits 9.
