MANUFACTURE OF COVER SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a cover sheet excellent in scratch resistance and capable of forming a film having a matte feeling and good touch even after the heating at the time of secondary processing such as vacuum molding. CONSTITUTION: A cover sheet 13 is manufactured by subjecting a surface layer 4a based on a thermoplastic urethane elastomer and elastic fine particles, an adhesive resin layer 4b and a base material layer 4c composed of a thermoplastic elastomer to co-extrusion so as to laminate those layers in this order and crosslinking the surface layer 4a. A foam material is pref. laminated on the base material layer of the laminate 4 obtained by the co-extrusion of three layers.
