PURPOSE: To improve productivity and reduce the manufacturing cost by edging the biting sections on both side faces until the projection height is satisfied in the coarse rolling stage, and repeating the thickness pressing satisfying the height of protruded stripes for hole type rolling. CONSTITUTION: The joint of the U-shaped steel sheet pile 1 of an asymmetric Larssen type joint section is used as a base to form a right/left asymmetric joint section J provided with a conventional U-shaped steel sheet pile 1 on one side and a protruded stripe in place of a flange on the other side. The front wall after placement is made a complete plane, and a release stop protruded stripe is provided along a pawl to smooth the placing work. The hole type rolling facilitating the mold releasing is applied in the intermediate finish rolling process to improve productivity, welding projections are provided on the back face of the steel sheet pile 1, and two steel sheet piles 1, 1 are welded with a connecting plate. The steel sheet piles 1, 1 can be easily modified into an H-steel sheet pile having a large section modulus. |
