PURPOSE: To provide a surface-mounting circuit board in which the state of its being connected to a mother board can be easily confirmed and its manufacturing process is very simple and also to provide its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: A specified circuit is formed in a ceramic board (laminated body) 1 in which a sloping surface C is formed in a ridgeline formed by the rear surface B and an end surface E and a lead-out conductor film 6 of the specified circuit is formed extending over the rear surface B to the sloping surface C of the ceramic board 1.
