The device has a movable frame (1a) positioned on the component (11) to be filled. The frame has a dust-tight movement frame (1) and a filling slide (3) with components (7,6,5,9) for sealing the filling chamber, together with a filling connection (10) and a suction connection (16). Suction of excess air takes place via a grid component/hole plate (5) and a sensor (8) assesses the filling density. The sensor simultaneously controls the movement and the speed of the filling slide (3) and further sensors (14,15) assess the position of the movement frame in relation the component (11) to be filled. The filling connection and the suction connection are fixed or movable arranged.
