PURPOSE: To increase degrees of freedom in the design of an ABS(antilock brake system) or a TCS(traction control system) by providing on the outer peripheral surface of a cover a connector for taking out signals output from a sensor. CONSTITUTION: A sensor 35 is enclosed in a holder 40, and the holder 40 is fitted into the circumferential wall 32 of a cover 29. A connector case 46 is provided in a through hole 33 formed in the circumferential wall 32. The through hole 33 is sealed by an O-ring 45. After the holder 40 is pushed into the circumferential wall 32 a terminal 47 is folded and projected from the outer peripheral surface of the circumferential wall 32 through the through hole 33.
