The present invention relates to an assembly of relatively low weight for loading and/or unloading a trailer, delivery van or similar vehicle, in which the assembly comprises: - a flap for a load to be positioned on; - movement means for moving the flap up and/or down; - actuating means for actuating the movement means, which are actively coupled to the said movement means; - stabilizer means for stabilizing the flap during an upwards and/or downwards movement, which stabilizer means can move with the movement means; and - support means for supporting the stabilizer means.
