The invention relates to a device for discharging condensate which is intended to be accommodated in a network of pipes for pressurized gaseous medium or similar precipitated liquid. The device is provided with a housing and a chamber which lies in the housing and can be connected to the system of pipes or the like, for holding liquid. In addition, there is a discharge passage, via which the liquid can be removed from the chamber. The discharge passage is formed by a helically running pipe.
