PURPOSE: To partially change a deflection magnetic field of a main deflection part by arranging auxiliary coils so that a degree of freedom of the magnetic field distribution is given in the tube axis direction when a toroidal V coil is used. CONSTITUTION: A pair of saddle-shaped horizontal deflection coils 1, a pair of saddle-shaped or toroidal vertical deflection coils 2 and a separator 3 to separate the two coils from each other, are provided. A pair of saddle-shaped vertical deflection auxiliary coils 5 are provided in bilaterally symmetrical places in the horizontally deflecting direction inside of a core of a deflection yoke. |
