ORGANIC MATTER DECOMPOSING AND DIGESTING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To provide the title apparatus capable of arranging a large-sized decomposition and digestion tank in a narraw installation space and adjusting the interior thereof to the optimum propagation condition of aerobic bacteria to improve the decomposition and digestion of org. matter. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical container-shaped decomposition and digestion tank 1 is erected and a stirring mechanism is constituted of a rotary shaft 6a and four-stage stirring parts 6b each consisting of a pair of stirring rods 6c on the bottom plate 4 of the decomposition and digestion tank 1. The rotary shaft 6a and the stirring rods 6c are composed of mutually communicating pipe materials and compressed air supplied from an air compressor 6e is blown out to the nozzle orifices (n) of the stirring rods 6c. An electromotor 6d is connected to the rotary shaft 6a. A horizontal transfer part 7 having a feed cylindrical part 7b of which the peripheral upper part is opened is arranged to the lower part of the decomposition and digestion tank 1 so as to traverse the same to selectively transfer org. matter to a vertical transfer part 9 from a supply port 8. The vertical transfer part 9 raising the org. matter carried by the horizontal transfer part 7 to charge the same in the decomposition and digestion tank 1 from above is provided to the side part of the decomposition and digestion tank 1.
