PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the entitled device with improved bacteriological management by making the storage casing of sauce a replaceable hose bag and supplying sauce from the hose bag by means of a peristalsis pump so as to simplify the supply of sauce. SOLUTION: First, the hose bag 21 packing sauce is housed in a bag casing 20 fixed to the casing 3 of the producing device of ice cream, milk shake, etc. Next, after cutting the welded free tip part of a discharging hose 53 fix- connected to the bag 21, the hose 53 is connected to a supply chamber 38 added to a take-out valve 14 through the peristalsis pump 22 for carrying the sauce. Continually at the time of taking out the ice cream, milk shake, etc., produced in a chilling or freezing cylinder from the valve 14, the sauce in the bag 21 is sent out to the chamber 38 through the hose 53 by the operation of the pump 22 to supply the sauce for the ice cream, milk shake, etc. In addition the sauce bag is normally sterilized before packing the sauce to be free from bacteria during using. |
