A motor-driven brush is disclosed, in particular for cleaning motor vehicle wheel rims. It comprises a brush carrier (1) with bristles (2) mounted thereon, is designed for particularly gentle cleaning and prevents contamination of the surroundings of the cleaned object by, for example, detergent or liquid spray. This is done by providing the brush carrier (1) at the end without bristles (2) with a socket (3) which can be fitted onto a shaft (5) which is reciprocally driven by an electric motor (4), the motor housing (6) being designed as a hand grip. |
