Agricultural press for mfr. of large bales

The bale press has at least one crop retainer and a compression mechanism with a binding mechanism, which loops a binding string round the compressed bale and knots it. The cleaner is allocated to the binding mechanism, at least, protecting it extensively against dirt. Pref. the press is of the trailer type, and the cleaner drive is taken off the tractor and transmitted to it via power transmission elements. In the instance of a self-propelled press, the cleaner is driven from its power unit.
