PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust freely the position of an apex of a chip while a vibration is efficiently transmitted and to make operationability excellent by providing a flexible chip wire between a chip and a vibrator. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic oscillator 100 generating an ultrasonic vibration and a flexible chip wire 108 transmitting the ultrasonic vibration of the ultrasonic oscillator 100 to an ultrasonic operation chip 106 are provided. The position of the ultrasonic operation chip 106 is freely moved based on the flexibility of the chip wire 108. As the result, the position of the apex of the chip can be freely adjusted while the vibration is efficiently transmitted to make an ultrasonic operational device with excellent operationability. |
