PURPOSE:To report call enable time of a mobile telephone set, to which a call can not be terminated, to a call originating side telephone set. CONSTITUTION:This mobile communication system is a vehicle communication system provided with a telephone set 1, an exchange 2 for controlling the telephone set 1, a mobile telephone set 6, a radio base station 5, a radio channel control station 4 and an exchange 3 for controlling the mobile telephone set 6. The mobile telephone set 6 can request the registration of call enable time for its own equipment onto the exchange 3. When the time for originating a call from the telephone set 1 to the mobile telephone set 6 is any time excepting for the call enable time already registered on the exchange 3, the exchange 3 edits the call enable time into a voice message and transmits it to the telephone set 1. |
