<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to write data also in a discontinuous address of a flash memory and to reduce the load of a CPU at the time of writing data. CONSTITUTION:Data to be written from a CPU to a flash memory 6 and the address of the data to be written are temporarily stored in respective FIFOs 2, 1 by a writing signal of a writing signal output circuit 3 and the stored data are outputted to the memory 6 by a reading signal from a reading signal output circuit 4 and written in the memory 6. When a reset signal is outputted from a write state detecting circuit 5 by a write end signal outputted from the memory 6, the circuit 4 resets the reading signal, and when a busy signal is outputted from the FIFO 2, a reading signal is outputted again to write succeeding data in the memory 6.</p> |
