The power supplied at stand by mode is controlled by using the power charged on back-up condenser of a microcomputer so that power consumption at stand-by mode is reduced. The circuit includes a microcomputer(3) for controlling power according output signal of an A/D converter(7), a standby power controller(4) for controlling standby power according to control signal transmitted from the microcomputer(3), a voltage regulator(5) for regulating output voltage of the standby power controller(4), a delay(6) for delaying output voltage of the voltage regulator, an A/D converter(7) for sampling the level of the delayed power, and a switch(9) for controlling a relay(8) according to control signal from the microcomputer(3).
