摘要 PURPOSE:To rapidly control to stop a linear stepper motor without vibration by moving a truck or a movable element to the vicinity of a predetermined stopping position while rapidly decelerating it by a deceleration control, and then ministepwisely driving it at the remaining short distance. CONSTITUTION:A truck 2 is placed on rails 1 laid over stations A, B, C..., and the wheels of the truck 2 roll on the rails 1. The stator 31 of a linear stepper motor 3 is laid in parallel with the rails 1 in the stations A, B, C, and movable elements provided on the lower surface of the truck 2 are opposed thereto. When the motor 3 is controlled to be stopped, the elements are first applied with backward drive force to be decelerated. After the moving speed is decelerated to a predetermined value or lower, the motor 3 is ministepwisely driven at a predetermined distance to the predetermined stopping position.
