Self-refreshing dynamic dual-port CAM cell for data processing system

The CAM cell is provided with eight MOS transistors (Q1-Q8). Two MOS transistors (Q1,Q2) store a group of dual data and complementary dual data from respective bit-lines (11,13). Two MOS transistors (Q3,Q4) transmit respective data and complementary data from the initial transistors to a comparison line. The fifth and sixth transistors (Q5,Q6) store the values in the respective bit-lines on receipt of a signal from a wordline (15). The remaining two transistors (Q7,Q8) refresh respective data storing transistors depending on signals from another wordline 23).
