<p>PURPOSE:To make the output follow a generation output command smoothly without lowering generation efficiency so as to improve the stability of a power system by controlling the output directly, according to the ' output command, and also, inputting the rotational speed goal signal of an inductor to be inputted into a water supply means together with a water level signal. CONSTITUTION:The output of an inductor 1 is kept at a output command PO, using rotational operation energy first so as to make the output P follow the change of the output command Po. Furthermore, the optimum rotational speed command Na is supplied wit rotational operation energy required for adjusting the rotational speed N on the other hand by controlling a guide valve 11. Therefore, it becomes possible to settle the rotational speed N to the optimum rotational speed Na by making the output P follow the change of the output command Po quicker than the response of the guide valve 11. Accordingly, the stability of the power system can be raised by making the output follow the output command smoothly without lowering the generation efficiency.</p> |
