PURPOSE:To prepare a KONJAK (paste made from the starch of devil's tongue) food preservable in frozen state. CONSTITUTION:This KONJAK food preservable in frozen state is prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. of KONJAK powder with 15-25 pts.wt., preferably 20 pts.wt. of a mixture of glutinous rice flour and nonglutinous rice flour and using the obtained mixture as a raw material for the preparation of the KONJAK food by a conventional KONJAK preparation method. |
