Anti static protection for vehicle

摘要

The plastic interior trim of the vehicle is treated to make the surface electrically conducting. This prevents build up of static charges and improves the well being of the occupants. The treatment is provided at least on those surfaces which normally attract static charges, including plastic grilles for the air ducts. The surface treatment can be via a conducting spray, using surface applied conducting films or by incorporating conducting fibres into the surface layers of the trim. The treatment can be applied during manufacture or after the vehicle is completed.
